slow startup and shut down. everything is basically slow. i have a AMD 1.3, 128 RAM & 40gig hdrive. i run NAV2003
whats going on with my computer, i need help

Your ram amount is right at the bare minimum. Add more ram or remove

Also do a disk cleanup, defrag and download Ad Aware 6 from
www.lavasoftusa.com to rid system of spyware.
