System Shutdown

Almost every time I get online, a message appears
informing me that windows will shut down. A timer counts
down one minute in which I have to save any unfinished
work. When time runs out, the computer restarts. The
message says that the event was authorized by
NT/authority or something. It is increadibly
frustrating. HELP!!
