when on ie window pops up system shutdown initated by NT
Authority/system remote procedure call teminated
unexpectedly. It shutdown twice doing this

Are you using any remotes access connections? Is your AV up to date?

AV is not up to date
 
You have msblaster worm/virus. Instructions on how to fix
are on microsoft's website. One of my customer's computers
had it so I know...

Wayne, I too had this problem, posted my help message and
below is the reply I received from one of the MS-MVP's. I
followed the links etc and problem has now vanished.
