ok i am all new to this, every time i boot up xp loads then a black box comes up with "windows/system32/cmd.exe" it pops up three to four times then goes away i try to see the line that is typed in it but so far all i got was "net helpmsg 2310" i think it goes so quick. then it allows me on for a few minutes then i get the little box with "system shut down " on it with the "NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM' "RPC" it is all so frustrating to me and if i could only find a 1-800 number to talk to some one i would be so thankful. thanks
