If your anti-virus is up-to-date, then you are likely suffering only the
RPC buffer overflow exploit of the BLASTER worm. Enable the Internet
Connection Firewall, then download all critical updates from Windows
Updates and enable the Automatic Updates to stay up-to-date.

If you are still having trouble of a different sort, check your AV
vendor for a blaster removal tool and run it to see if the infection is
present.
