Hi, Is this 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.InternalsVisibleTo'
attribute only available in CF 2.0?

I'd say "yes". A good way to answer that is to check the documentation
(http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/1z5024a8.aspx) and the best way to
answer it is to try it. Both are usually faster than asking online
