System Retore Problem

I have Windows XP. I was using system restore and the
power went out during the restoration and now my computer
keeps restarting everytime it gets to the Windows Xp
loading screen. How do I get this to stop? Can it stop? Do
I have to reinstall XP?

Boot using the XP CD and do a repair.
