System Restore

I am not able to access prior months in the system restore. It's only giving me the month January to restore.
I need to restore from december 23 but can't access the month of december. When I click on previous months it doesn't show it. How can I fix this problem so I can restore my PC.

If a restore point isn't showing as being available, you won't be able to
use it. It cannot be added. You might want to check the System Restore
settings in Control Panel/System.

does that set up a complete system restore or just a point to which you can restore if necessary? If my pc crashes today, how do I find the last restore point? If none is set, how do I set one?

Run the following command-line:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe
