I'm using Windows XP-SP2. My dvd drive was failing to auto start so I decided
to do a system restore, it failed on 3 attempts at different restore points,
but gave me no reason. I have since fixed autoplay problem, but since trying
the restore the view has changed in 'My Computer' and will not return to
normal i.e. folders grouped together, hdd drives grouped together and the
same for removeable drives.(Hope that makes sense). It's not a vital issue,
but annoying, and I'm wondering if it will affect anything else on my PC?
Have tried all 'View' options, when I select 'Show in Groups' each drive is
seperate, labled with groups- Other,A,D,L,M,R and S. Also I may need system
restore for a more important reason and I'd like to think it will work! Any
help?
