I have had my desktop with windows vista home premium for about 2 years.
Over that time I have used system restore 3 times to get my system working
correctly after occasional issues. This has always worked with no problems.
The other day I went do a system restore and to my amazement it was turned
off. With it being off it lost all previous resore points. However, my
system is booting up nicely and all my programsd and browsers seem fine. I
wanted to turn restore back on so at least I could have a current point in
time that things are working ok , in case of problems later on. However, when
I try to click to turn on system restore , it does not let me click ok or
apply--those options are greyed out. Does anyone know how I can get my
system restore to work again? Thanks.
