system restore

I have several restore points but everytime I try to do a restore It goes
through the proccess and when it reboots it says my sytem could not be
restoredd. I tried several different point to no avail

have you tried doing system retore form booting from disk ,, you go
through all the process till you get to install then in the bottom left
corner you should see retore button
