have lost function of system restore dont know why come up just blank screen
system restore on top but thats it can anyone help out please

Try Safe Mode or Last Known Good Configuration. If
unsuccessful, boot the machine with your WinXP CD,
then select Repair. You also need to do something about
your defective keyboard. Your commas and full stops
don't work, making your post almost unreadable.
