System Restore

I have deleted a trojan horse from my computer, but it is
still in my system restore. I turned off the system
restore so that I don'd continue to get a message stating
that I have a virus on my computer, but how do I turn on
system restore and get rid of the virus that is in there
or how do I create a new restore point and get rid of
other restore points?
Hope this makes sense...

Colleen;
Turning off system Restore deletes the Restore Points.
Turn it on the same way you turned it off:
Right click My Computer
Click Properties
Click System Restore tab.
Uncheck "Turn off System Restore"
Click OK and follow prompts.
