System Restore

WinXP Pro appears to create system restore points. But after a problem has occured, restore says, Your system cannot be restored to restore point so and so: No changes have been made to your computer. Please help
Another thing; Sometimes, all on a sudden, limited users find that they cannot use WindowsXP theme. Only a "Modified theme" entry appears in the theme list & it refuses to go
In such a situation, if a new user is created, just before initialisation of the new user, a message box appears, "Advanced INF installation: %remove_nodir_error%:OK".

Go to Google and search 'remove_nodir_error'. There will
be several entries and perhaps one of them will help.
