System Restore won't display properly

Hi.... When I open system restore, the window launches but
there is no content in it. It just displays white. This
started happening after I installed Norton's Antivirus...
Since then I have uninstalled it and have had no luck
veiwing system restore box.

Can anyone suuggest a fix.
