Something has happened to my System Restore - it doesn't appear in my
Accessories/System Tools! I DO have it enabled through Control
Panel/System/System Restore. In fact, when I disable it, I can hear it
being deleted. And when I enable it, I can hear it making the first
"image". But that's it... no apparent way to access it. Any ideas about
what's going on, and how to fix it? Help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

On your Start menu, move your mouse pointer up to Accessories/System Tools.
Right click and select Open All Users from the menu that drops down.
This should open the following folder. If it doesn't, you can use Windows
Explorer to navigate to this location.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools

Once you've opened that folder, right click on an open spot in the right hand
pane and select New -> Shortcut from the menu that drops down.
Copy and paste the following line into the location box of the Create Shortcut
wizard.

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Hit the Next button.
Name your new shortcut System Restore and hit the Finish button.
Check your Start menu to see if the shortcut is listed under Accessories/System
Tools.
See if it starts System Restore when you click on it.

Good luck
