system restore points

is there any way for you to get back anything after you
purged something or deleted something before your restore
points like to a previous restore point.before the next
restore point like say i had a restore point then i made
another one is there anyway for you to get back to the
previous restore point
 
Hi,

Restore points don't recover deleted files, they restore a system state. to
recover deleted files, you want to use one of the many available "undelete"
utilities, most of which rely on the file not being overwritten yet. Here is
one that works quite well:

As to System Restore points, once they are purged, the loss is permanent.
