System Restore not working

Every time I try to use System Restore, my PC reboots and
when it comes back up again I get a message to say the
restore failed. The restore always fails, no matter which
restore points I use.

Turn off System Restore.

Reboot.
Turn on System Restore.

Make a Manual Restoration Point.
