System Restore no work

Hi,
I need you help., on my sysytem i cant call my system restore, i was try
using system tool, command line and open file rstrui.exe from folder
system32. by the way system restore window not appear.,
thanks for your help.

Not sure you got the right command there.
Type this in the Start => Run box:

%windir%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

or, type (or copy/paste) it into the command window.
