Hi,
I could use some help please...
I use Photoshop Elements 2, on XP Professional, and I am having some
problems.
A while back I installed Richard Lynch's 'Mend' tool on the Effects menu,
and the Amphisoft's 'Simplifier' plug-in on the Filters menu.
Then a couple of days ago I had to do a system restore. A message came up
that some files would have to have their names changed.
Now, when I try and access these files when in the Photoshop work window, a
dialogue box comes up to say that these files cannot be found. As far as I
can see they are still in both my computer download file and in the required
Adobe files...
I have tried re-downloading & re-installing the Simplify filter, but it's no
good, I still get the 'files cannot be found' message.
In the case of the Mend Effects file, this seems to be present in the
Effects menu as Mend and Mend 2 - but still I get the message that the files
cannot be found.
Help would be hugely appreciated.
Regrettably I do not know a lot about computers, so reasonably detailed
suggestions would be extremely helpful.
All best wishes,
Canna.
