system restore for 2000 keycode?

hey does anyone know the keycode or whatever buttons to
push for windows system restore for 2000? WIndows won't
boot up at this point at all so i think maybe thta'd be
the ebst solution for her, any other advice is welcome
and very much needed...

There is no System Restore in Windows 2000, it debuted in Windows Me, then
went into Windows XP.
