System restore checkpoints lost

I tripped my power cord in the middle of a system restore. I was able to reboot my computer using the last good system configuration option when powering up. I was then doing another system restore to get a good complete system up and we had a power failure. Now all previous system restore checkpoints are GONE. I can bring my system up partially, but it is by no means correct. How do I access previous system checkpoints when they no longer display on the system restore calendar?

Once the Restore Points are gone, they are gone and can not be used.

Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select "Last known good configuration" at the menu.
If that fails, perform a Repair Installation:
