System Restore Blank

I am trying to do a system restore but every time I click
on it. It comes up completely blank. Only the words on
top that states that I am in the system restore. Is there
any way of getting it to function correctly. I checked my
settings in the control panel and that looks correct. The
other issue I am having is that when I look at the about
screen for IE it comes up blank. Any ideas or
suggestions would be helpful.

I am having the same trouble. Also web pages load but are
blank. The help/support accessed thought the start menu
is blank. My Norton Anti-virus opens, but is also
blank. This started this afternoon and I cannot figure
out what is wrong.
