I ran Windows Update on my Windows Vista Home Premium.
Now I want to use System Restore to a time before I ran the update.
What happens to the updates that were installed?

Am I supposed to reinstall the updates? How?

Thanks, CB

They will disappear.

The same way you did it the first time.

But doesn't a log in my system list that they have already been installed?
Or does system restore somehow mark that the restore affected them?

I don't know how Windows Update does it - it might use smoke and
mirrors, but it works.
