I have a quick question about the system registry!
If I reload W2K will it overwrite the system registry?
I currently have a problem with the registry causing
the system to reboot every 15 min or so. I have disabled
the auto reboot and I do get an error message but there are
vertical lines through it, which make it unreadable. After
some extensive searching I was able to narrow it down to
a task running within svchost.exe, but with my limited knowledge
I can't get any further than that. So, I have decided to just
reload Windows. That is unless someone out there has a
better idea. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
It is my wife's machine and if I don't get it running for her soon....
Well, those of you that are married know what I'm talking about.
Thanks in advance,
Steve
