System Registry Edit Utility

I have recently been having the System Registry Edit
Utility display everytime I boot my Windows 2000 machine.
It goes away after I close the window but is very
troublesome. Any ideas how to stop this?

Use a startup manager and check all your startup locations (registry
and files) for "regedit.exe" references. Possibly left over from
malware.
