Don

I have an Sony Vaio PCV RZ22G upright computer with Win XP Home.
It's all messed up and I want to do a system restore. I don't know just how
to go about it. I have the disks. Its only 1 yr old. Can someone steer me in
the right direction?
Thank You ahead of time.

You may not want to use System Restore. If the installation is
corrupt, you shoudl either clean-reinstall or do a repair
reinstallation as decribed here: "How to Perform an In-Place Upgrade
(Reinstallation) of Windows XP"
Note: this may not work with OEM versions of Windows. Some OEM
versions only provide clean reinstalls.
