I was having all kinds of trouble with my PC, so I (probably inappropriately)
used System Recovery to solve the problems. It went thought the whole process
and rebooted. However, when XP is booting up, I get an error message that
states "While trying to update a password, the return system indicates that
the value provided as the password is not correct." The system then starts
to reboot again, going throught the same loop over and over (reboot - error
message - reboot). I did not have my original XP disc. Have I just totally
fried my computer, or is there a chance for me to get all my stuff off of
this computer?
