Hmm.. I see what your saying actually. Can you get access to any of the
other Control Panel applets, and if you go to the Start menu, and highlight
Control Panel, does it say "empty"?
As a work around, go to C:\windows\system32 and double click on "sysdm.cpl"
and see if that works
) Although in Vista this doesn't give you the full
System Properties, it'll still give you the XP style ones which is better
than nothing ;o)
