I would like to be able to deploy a full working image to
an entire department. But, when I ghost a pc the product
key and computer name follow. I know how to change the
computer name after I multicast the image, but I heard
there was a way to strip out the product key and computer
name from the Image, so that it will prompt from that
input after ghosting the PC. Please advise.

I believe that SysPrep.exe is the utility you are referring to. More
information about this utility can be found in the following article.

Please note: you should use the version of SysPrep.exe that matches the
version of the operation system you are deploying. This means that if you
are deploying Windows 2000 SP4, then you should use the version of
SysPrep.exe included with Service Pack 4.
