I have a client running 2000 SVR. His system drive has become 98% full. It
is the the primary DC for the site. It will start and allow 3-7 minutes of
connectivity before the network neighborhood goes away. If attempt to access
print queues or map a drive a receive "server not set up for transactions"
error message. It appears that DNS has also hung.
I attempted to use Partition Magic to extend system partion with out success.
I tried to promote a member 2000 svr to a DC as a work around. Disabled
DHCP, DNS and WINs on original Server re created these services to newly
created DC and appeared to work.
No clients are able to access network with original Server or New DC as
primary Name Server at this time any thoughts?
