System not seeing Liteon drives.

My Win 2K Pro does not recognize either of my Liteon
Drives, I tried updating the device drivers but it says
the best one is already in use, which is the windows
driver. Liteon's websight says to use this driver but, of
course, it does not work properly. Does anyone have an
idea to fix this problem?
