System.Net.Sockets.IrDAClient not avaliable in .NET framework?

I would like to rewrite my VC++ application using Winsock(IRDA) to C#, however the IrDAClient Class only avaliable in .NET Compact Framework, what can I do? Any alternative to use IrDA in C#?
