You should have researched consumer product response on this version of
system mechanic. Suggest deinstall the product.

The software loads fine but if your unlucky things start to go wrong
shortly after running the various 'fix it' programs.
I have had numerous 'blue screens' and system crashes with all the
problems pointing to the iolo software. It gets worse, the iolo technical
support and the customer services refuse to answer e-mails. I have now
uninstalled the iolo software and don't think this product is worth the
risk (a view apparently shared by many!)
