System Maintence/Disk Defragmenter.

Can anyone help my friends pc does on have the above on
it, we need to do a maintence, is it possible to down load
anything, or how do I go about finding a programme for it?
I would appreciate any help in this matter

Hi, Philip.

The defragmenter is a part of Win2K. If your friend did not receive it,
then the OEM must have removed it. He/she may need to discuss this with the
vendor.

I've been running WinXP for a couple of years now and don't recall the exact
steps in Win2K to run the defragger. In WinXP, there are multiple paths to
it; one is Start | Administrative Tools | Computer Management | Disk
Defragmenter.

RC
