I'm running "Windows EP Professional" & have a recurring
fault:
The cursor & all keys become non responsive, the only way
to get out of the problem is to re-boot.
Sometimes one re-boot is enough, sometimes it may take as
many as ten !
The problem is completely random, it can be several days
between "lock ups" or it can be several times a day.
It will happen at various stages of boot up, or after
having used the system for sometime.
Anything not saved prior to "lock up" is lost, so as you
can imagine, it's very frustrating.
Anybody got any suggestions please ?
Thanks
