System Inoculation Wizard

Several topic in the help file mention a "System Inoculation Wizard."

Does anyone know how to run that wizard?
 
I believe this is functionality removed from the product in the
Giant/Microsoft transition, but not yet expunged from the help--perhaps the
expectation is that it will be returned once it's functionality is tuned to
Microsoft's standards.

At any rate, I don't know how to find it, and haven't seen posts of success
at that.
