When I put a non-system disk in my A: floppy drive and then boot up my
computer, the system simply ignores or passes over the floppy as if it
weren't there. In my BIOS the boot sequence goes from A: to C:. Can
anyone explain this behavior? I ask because I have no way of testing the
integrity of various boot floppy emergency diskettes that I have created.
