System idle process

Every sound my computer makes is delayed and causes the
screen to pause for a split second. And when I play
games, it's like the whole thing goes into slow motion
like frame by frame and the soundfx get staticy/sloppy.
I tested out what processes were running in the
taskmanager while playing a game, and the taskman shows
that the system idle process is taking over the? Can you
nelp me? like make the

Here are a couple of pointers for you: -

1) Learn how to construct a coherent sentence

2) Avail yourself of the nearest dictionary and look up the definition of
'idle'.
