System Hibernation Failed

When trying to put my system into "hibernate", I get
the "System Hibernation Failed" window saying "The device
driver for the 'SCSI/RAID Host Controller' device is
preventing the machine fromentering hibernation. Please
close all applications and try again. If the problem
persists, you may need to update this driver."

It does persist after closing all the applications, and
I'm not sure what driver I need to update, because I don't
have any SCSI device, the only thing I can think of is CD-
RW, but it is IDE.
