System Hang

hi,
I have problem with my system.
It hangs inbetween any processing in the system or it hangs while starting windows(While entering password).I dont While uninstalling some programs it says "the volume is used by other person" problem.
I thought of formatting hard disk and started formatting but while installing windows freshly also inbetween it(system) hangs.
I got frustrated with it and i am not able to find any solution to it.
Please provide me the solution to this .

If your system hangs during a clean install, this is not a software problem.
You have hardware failure(s). It could be the hard drive, the power supply,
the motherboard, etc....

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with
known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad).
