How do I change the font on my computer so that
everything including like the start menu, exploring menu,
etc....?

Font settings are available in the Control Panel > Display >
Appearance > Advanced. What is not listed here can be changed by
writing a new Desktop Theme. There is no Theme editor for Windows XP
available in Windows, but you may be able to find such a software on
the Internet.
