System Folder Won't Open

When i try to open my system folder in control panel i get a error message.
An exception occurred while trying to run
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysdm.cpl",System"

I am running XPhome. Can anyone help me with this problem? Tks.
 
Hello,

You can try alternate methods for example Start > Run > type in sysdm.cpl.
Or press the Win Flag + Pause Break button. You can also try right clicking
on My computer and selecting 'properties'.
