Can anyone help me!!!!

I cannot open up my windows explorer. When I double click It acts like it going to open but nothing happens. I've tried restoring to another date but I cannot because that switch was turned off

I need HELP please

Go to 'Search' on Start Menu and enter Explorer.exe and
then (about 4 will Show) click on one of the little Icons
and then right click, then select 'Open Containing
Folder'. Double click on the Icon that is in the folder
you went to IE:WINDOWS\System32 or
WINDOWS\DriverCache\i386 and if it works from there click
back on icon Pin to start menu send to program folder etc
