We believe we have a workaround which is better than installing the VB6
SP. Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:
1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
Please let me know if this is working.

I think you will have to navigate to the \system32 folder:
1) go to a cmd prompt via start, run "cmd" <enter>
2) cd \
3) cd \windows (this may be \winnt instead, depending.
4) cd system32
prompt should now read \windows\system32 roughly, or the winnt equivalent.
Then type Steve's command line command.
Did not work. Load Library("msvnbvn 60.dll") Failed
Module could not be found
Yes, but does it find the DLL file you wish it to act upon?

I hope that you are retyping that failure command-- 'cause that is not the
name of the file we need to register.
If the prompt ended in \system32 at the time that you typed the command, and
if you typed it correctly - you can use cut and paste from Steve's
message--then it appears that this file is not in place on your
machine--msvbvm60.dll.
I'd recommend reinstalling, or doing an update install.
In the system32 folder, does DIR msvbvm60.dll <enter> show the file?

OK--so you are at a cmd prompt in the system32 folder, and you type:
regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll
and hit Enter, and what happens?

Steve Dodson said:I would need to talk to the VB people to see if anything is different here.
I suspect that we would drop the dll in the same location, and the dll
should be in a directory path. You could try and search for that file to
see if it is on the box or not, and if it is, browse to the location and
then re-register the dll.
