System Explorers

Under advanced tools, System Explorers window, there is
nothing listed. Isn't there supposed to be something
listed here?

Also, under Real time Protection, Internet Agent Status,
it says inactive, and I cannot activate it no matter
which link I click on.

Tried reinstalling via add-remove programs, but no luck.
