I have a cute problem. The system explorers stop viewing
for about a week now. I uninstalled deleted and
reinstalled same problem. Is there some reg values that I
should be looking at.

1. Close down MSAS.
2. Open a command prompt window, and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

3. Restart Windows.
4. Launch MSAS and all should be well.

Do you by any chance have a Norton or Symantec product on your PC?

Yes robin, I have Symantec Anitvirus Corporate edition on
my computer. Is this a compatibility issue between the
two.

There seems to be a correlation between people who have problems which are
fixed by the re-registration of the msvbvm60.dll and people who have
installed a Norton or Symantec product. Once the fix has been applied, the
products co-exist peacefully.
