System Explorers not present

I am unable sccess the System Explorers feature under
Advanced Tools on some of my PC's. The features supposed
to be listed on left pane is blank.

I am running Norton Systemworks 2005 and Spybot Search &
Destroy on the PC's that do not display the System
Explorers. Could I be getting a conflict?

I installed the AntiSpyware on another laptop today and
it functioned as expected with all features working.

I have uninstalled and re-installed this software without
any changes.

does the issue happen on all Norton product? and is this
issue found only on window xp with sp1? or is it found on
both sp1 and sp2.
