The left-hand column in "Advanced Tools > System Explorers"
say's "System Explorers" at the top, however none of the
System Explorers are shown, the area where they normally
appear are blank. No Running Process Viewer, no Active X
explorer, no bho explorer, no tool bar explorer, nothing.
It is like they have all been deleted or disabled from the
program.
I have seen this on three separate machines (in the last
week) so far (running XP Pro, Sp2).
Everything else in the program seems to function normally.
I have tried update's, repairing, uninstalling and
reinstalling (and deleting the risidual directory), have
not tried to go through and delete risidual h-keys yet though.
Anyone know what is going on? Has some spyware found a way
to disable the System Explorers? The three computers were
all recently exposed to a moderate level spyware attack and
and on two of the pc's, the worst case was the ISTBar
spyware. (sorry if this hasbeen addressed previously, the
search function is not up and running yet)
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Matt
