system explorers blank

when I open system explorers from Advanced Tools, menu is
blank. It used to work, so I guess something went wront
but can't find out what.

I, too, have this symptom. I have two computers (at

home). System explorers shows on the other computer, but
is blank on this one. I have no cure ... yet.
 
I was having the same problem. I followed your advice and
it works perfectly now. Who knew? Obviously, not me!
